1 Validity of the General Terms and Conditions

Deliveries, services and offers from SIA Soulistic Healing are made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again.

 

2 Formation of a Contract

By submitting your order via this website, a binding contract is formed. You are therefore also obliged to pay for the ordered goods/services/seminars/sessions. With your order, you expressly confirm that you are of legal age and that you are aware of the scope of the order. If you have any questions in this regard, please ask us before placing your order. Orders can therefore not be canceled later, this also applies to prepayment orders.

 

3 Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is for in Norway placed orders: Ålesund, Norway.

The legal relationship is subject to Norwegian law.

4 Right of Withdrawal / Withdrawal from the Contract

You can cancel your order at any time within 14 days free of charge by emailing us at connect@siasoulistichealing.com.

The order time is decisive for the 14-day period. If the time of the order is 14 days or less before the start of the seminar, a revocation is excluded.

 

4a) Seminars/training/sessions

Participation in training courses and seminars can be canceled at any time within 14 days of receipt of the booking. The order time is decisive for the 14-day period. If the time of the order is 14 days or less before the start of the seminar, a free cancellation is excluded. All bookings and orders are binding after the 14-day period has expired and those received less than or exactly 14 days before the start of the seminar. This also applies to sessions (group and individual sessions). If participation in the seminar is not possible on the part of the contract holder, cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar for a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount originally paid. After that, a cancellation is excluded. It is possible for the contract holder to provide a substitute participant. The original participant can nominate a substitute participant independently up to 3 days before the start of the seminar.

In this case, a flat-rate processing fee of 555NOK plus VAT will be charged. The full seminar price is also due in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.

We recommend seminar insurance.

5 Payment

In principle, we deliver in advance using the payment methods that you can find on our website. If The payment is not received on our account within 7 days, you will receive an automatically generated payment reminder by email. All prices stated on this website are gross prices. These include VAT, which is due upon booking.

 

6 Limitation of Liability

If a session/seminar/training by SIA Soulistic Healing is cancelled, the session costs/seminar training costs will be reimbursed in full. SIA Soulistic Healing reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher for a training/seminar if she cannot give the seminar/training herself. No further claims can be asserted.

 

7 Confidentiality

All personal information that Jana Maria Matzke receives in a treatment/seminar will not be passed on. You also undertake not to pass on any personal information from treatments, workshops, training courses and seminars to third parties.

 

8 Personal Responsibility

You are required to discuss any drug interactions with your doctor in advance. The contract holder also informs SIA Soulistic Healing in advance in writing of any diagnoses, health problems, hospital stays and medication intake before ordering a seminar / training course. Please note that participation in a training/seminar with an acute psychosomatic illness is not possible. ThetaHealing® is not a substitute for therapeutic measures.

All by SIA Soulistic Healing and ThinK! Documents issued during training/seminars may not be reproduced, published or passed on. The terms and conditions are accepted with every booked session date/training/seminar. SIA Soulistic Healing reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions for important reasons. Deliveries, services and offers from SIA Soulistic Healing are made exclusively on the basis of the above-mentioned general terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again.

 

10 Legal Notice
